He has been committed to the research and development, technical management and market technical services of automotive and industrial oil for a long time. He has participated in several projects, such as "Study on dispersion Properties of Nano-ceramic particles in lubricating oil" and "Development of corrosion inhibitor for Automobile engine Coolant". He has published a number of papers in the industry.

Ms.Hanjunying who held a master's degree from Qingdao University of Science and Technology，is the Technical Manager of Technology Department of Qingdao Copton Petrochemical Co., LTD. She has been committed to lubricating oil and other related fields of product research and development, technical management for many years. She has obtained the authorization of a number of national invention patents and utility model patents such as "A nanofluid Coolant preparation method and its prepared Nanofluid Coolant". A number of patents have been authorized.
